Medium: Jewelry

I learned the ancient art of enameling as an art major at the University of Washington. I loved the process of taking the powdered enamel, creating designs, and seeing the fired result as shiny glass. I consider myself mostly self-taught, buying my first kiln, experimenting with colors and designs. I’ve been taking classes, refreshing my silver smithing skills to include jewelry with sterling and gemstones.

Directions: From I-84, take exit 63 and head across the overpass to Oak Street and, heading west, turn left at the stoplight (13th st) and head up the hill. Turn right on May street going past Jackson Park and the middle school, turn left on 18th. I am the first house on the right, studio is in the backyard.
