I feel lucky to be a member of a centuries old craft tradition creating useful and affordable art for the middle class. I’m a craftsman at heart striving to make aesthetically beautiful, comfortable and most importantly functional pots. What excites me? Color and texture. Beautiful forms. Handles that fit both the hand and the pot. Dynamic and resonantly luminous glazing. Kiln openings.

The studio is open year-round by appointment at:
4415 Highway 35
Hood River, OR 97031

Directions: From 84, take exit 64 towards Mt. Hood Hwy/OR 35. Take a right on Button Bridge towards Mt. Hood Hwy 35. Keep on Hwy 35, south for 9 miles. The driveway is a left-hand, gravel road, directly off of 35. Use caution when turning left on the highway!
